  • Greenfield Lake, to 5th Ave, to Market and back (10 Miles)

  • To Greenfield Lake, circle it and return to "Y" (13 Miles)

  • Run downtown, cross three bridges, back to "Y" (9.3 Miles)

  • Add a loop around Greenfield lake to above (15 Miles)

  • Restrooms/water at the YMCA and Greenfield Lake.

  • To Coast Guard Station and return (5.2 Miles)

  • To CG Station, to Shell Island, and back to Park (10 Miles)

  • Do the "Loop" (2.4 miles)

  • Restrooms/water at Park Office and near Crystal Pier.

  • Loop is well lighted for night running.
